Ouds not Oods!

As mentioned I've been away, Yay! In North Africa, Marrakech, Morocco. It was amazing, truelly amazing, the people the place, the sounds, I had the best time. The riad we stayed at had these traditional musical instruments on the wall, the oud (whenever I see this I think of Dr Who Oods ) and the Kora. I've been working with Nathan Holder quite recently on a new book about West African musical instruments, so i was excited to see some of them in the flesh- I saw quite a few being played too on the streets so that was really great. https://www.thewhybooks.co.uk/
